## Shipping Policy

### Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

### Shipping Times

- Standard shipping: **Allow up to 25 days for delivery** on most products. Many items arrive sooner depending on location and carrier.
- Some products may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

### Carriers

- We partner with leading global carriers (including USPS, FedEx, DHL, ePacket, and others) and fulfillment partners like AliExpress and CJdropshipping.

### Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are visible before you complete your order.

### International Shipping & Customs Duties

- We currently ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local customs processes.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs. If you decline to pay duties/taxes and the package is returned to us, shipping charges are non-refundable.

### Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

### Incorrect Address

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
