Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your order, our return and refund process is simple and straightforward. Please read the details below to understand your options.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software/digital products, and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@tabletheoryproject.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if damaged or incorrect.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions (if applicable).

  3. Do not return items directly to the sender or warehouse—returns must follow our instructions to be processed correctly.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Special Notes for Dropshipping Orders (AliExpress & CJdropshipping)

  • Many of our items ship directly from our global suppliers, including AliExpress and CJdropshipping.

  • Please allow up to 25 days for delivery depending on your location.

  • If your item does not arrive within 30 days, contact us for a resolution (replacement or full refund).

  • If a return is required, we’ll provide you with the correct return address—do not return items to the manufacturer or the address on your shipping label.
